Only goalie in goal area –they can use all body parts to block ball

Jumping and shooting is allowed as long as ball leaves hand before the person touches ground inside the goal areaCan’t take more than 3 steps without bouncingCan’t hold ball for more than 3 seconds without bouncingCan’t catch, bounce, hold, then bounce the ball againOnly goalkeeper can use feet, anyone else and the ball swaps sidesThe ball can hit anywhere above the knees for out-field playersYou’re still allowed to play the ball when you are off of your feet (on the ground)You’re not allowed to dive for a ball when it’s on the groundYou can block other players (regardless of whether they have the ball or not) using your torso.
