Quicksticks is played with wooden sticks, shin pads must be worn.  Teams must have 3 girls and 3 boys.

TEAMS

There are NO Goalkeepers in Quicksticks.  A team consists of six players of which four are outfield players and two are substitutes.  All players must rotate with two players on the bench at the end of each playing period.
